More than 4,000 scientists and engineers attend the TMS Annual Meeting & Exhibition each year—and in 2019, there are more reasons than ever to book a booth in the Exhibit Hall!

TMS2019 will connect minerals, metals, and materials scientists and engineers who work in industry, academia, and government positions around the world. The event will draw more than 4,000 attendees and feature four full days of technical programming, more than 80 symposia, two poster sessions, numerous networking opportunities, and lunch breaks in the dynamic exhibition hall. Networking in the Exhibit Hall

Networking events in the Exhibit Hall are an excellent opportunities for attendees to browse exhibitor displays between technical sessions. The exhibition kicks off with the Exhibit Opening Reception and Poster Session on Monday, March 11, and follows up with Exhibit Hall Happy Hour and Poster Session on Tuesday, March 12. Both events will feature appetizers and beverages, and networking with exhibitors, poster presenters, and colleagues. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, attendees will be provided with complimentary lunch in the Exhibit Hall.

What You’ll Get as a TMS2019 Exhibitor

Booth Space and Sign

Standard inline booth space will be set with 8’ back and 3’ side drape. In addition, inline booths will receive a 44” one-line sign identifying company name and booth number. Booth furniture, carpeting, and services, such as electric, will be available to order through the general service contractor, Freeman. Additional information will be available in the Exhibitor Service Manual, available December 2018.

Exhibitor Personnel Registration

Exhibitors receive one (1) full-conference and two (2) Exhibit Hall only registrations per 10’x10’ (100ft2) reserved. Full-conference registration includes admission to the popular plenary event and all technical sessions. Additional registrations can be purchased.

Access to Attendee Mailing List

Your company will receive the pre-show and final TMS2019 attendee email lists for one-time use. (Please note that attendees must opt in to be included on this list.)

Booth Rental Rates

The booth rental rate is $2,600 per 10’x10’ booth ($26 per square foot), plus $150 per exposed corner.
