Celebrate the extraordinary accomplishments of minerals, metals, and materials scientists and engineers from around the world at the TMS-AIME Awards Ceremony. At this virtual gala open to all TMS2021 Virtual attendees, TMS and the American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical, and Petroleum Engineers (AIME) will recognize distinguished achievements by leaders in their field, early career professionals, and students. Meet the individuals who will receive this year's awards through the TMS Honors & Awards website.
Award recipients and other special guests will be in attendance to share words of thanks and encouragement to all members. Some highlights of the evening will include addresses by 2020 TMS President Thomas Battle and 2021 TMS President Ellen Cerreta and the induction of the 2021 Class of TMS Fellows, the highest honor bestowed by the Society.
