Lanyard – Investment: $9,000

Lanyards provide highly visible recognition throughout TMS2022. Place your company logo prominently on the lanyard that is distributed to all conference participants. Every attendee will see your company’s logo for 10+ hours a day. Badges are mandatory at TMS2022 and a clever way to get a prospect’s attention.

Mobile App and Web Platform – Investment: $8,500

TMS2022 will put all meeting details right at the user’s fingertips through both a mobile app and a web browser accessible online platform. A banner ad will be displayed on the screen; your company’s banner ad will be displayed while the app or webpage is open and will include a button that clicks directly to your URL.

TMS2022 Newsletter – Investment: $2,500 per day

Include your logo with hyperlink and up to 40 words of text in the TMS daily newsletter. TMS will send out an e-mail newsletter each day during TMS2022. Your logo and company message can reach more than 4,000 TMS members each day during the conference.

Exhibitor Enhancements

Aisle Sign – Investment: $2,500 (per sign) or $10,000 (full show)

Increase awareness of your company as the sponsor of the Exhibit Hall aisle signs in your aisle. Your company logo will be displayed on the aisle signs in your corresponding aisle.

Push Notification – Investment: $1,500 (2 notifications available per day, limit one per company)

Push notifications on the mobile app deliver value to your customers and prospects, right on their home screens. Push notifications are a proven, proactive way to drive engagement and brand awareness. Use the TMS push notifications as an opportunity to get attendees to your booth or special events, or alert attendees to your company promotions and giveaways.

Bladesmithing Quest – Investment: $1,500

A fun new way to engage attendees; participate in this booth traffic game! Attendees can play the Bladesmithing Quest game on their mobile app. As a sponsor, your booth will be designated as a Quest destination where attendees must stop to scan your QR code and receive a ‘stamp’ on the Quest mobile game card. Three (3) lucky winners will go home with a $100 gift card.

Headshot Studio – Investment: $10,000

Attendees receive a digital photo for their LinkedIn profile from a professional photographer. Headshot Studio will be placed inside the TMS2022 Exhibit Hall.

Materials Bowl Sponsor – Investment: $7,500

Now in its 15th year, the Materials Bowl is the themed knowledge and trivia competition held at the TMS Annual Meeting & Exhibition for materials science and engineering students. Teams compete in elimination rounds, a semi-final match, and a championship game for cash prizes. Sponsor will be acknowledged in signage at the event and related event promotion.
