Expo 2000: Exhibitor Reservation Form

A major exhibition will take place during the meeting, featuring displays by producers and service providers in the primary and secondary metal production, processing, and related metals and materials industries.

If you would like to reserve exhibition space for Expo 2000, please complete and submit this form. As outlined in the general information page, standard rental prices are as follows:

• $18.50 per square foot–through August 31, 1999
• $20.00 per square foot–September 1—November 30, 1999
• $22.00 per square foot–December 1, 1999—February 20, 2000

To request specific booth spaces, please refer to the exhibition floor plan (gray areas denote spaces that have already be booked).

LOCATION PREFERENCE

It is understood that the exhibition management will process our options, forwarding the space assignment in the form of a contract. The contract must be exercised and returned promptly with payment for the exhibit space. In the event that none of the space(s) selected by us is available, we request that the management notify us prior to assigning the next best available space(s).
