Thermal Systems America has successfully manufactured drop-in precast refractory
liners for aluminum induction melters. One liner, installed into a 10,000 lbs.
melter at one location, has melted well over 21 million pounds of aluminum.
The liner is fitted with a lifting grab for crane placement inside the furnace.
Removal of the Thermal Systems America spent precast refractory liner is also
easier and quicker.
