Mike Ashby will give his one-day course 'New Approaches in Materials and Manufacturing Education'. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a personal insight into his teaching approach and discuss related issues with other University Professors.

  • Case Studies (practical application of computer-aided selection)
  • Ideas on Enhancing Materials and Manufacturing Education
  • Introducing the CES4 EduPack (complete teaching resource)
  • Hands on Session (try the CES4 software)
  • General Discussion on Materials Education
  • Future Outlook ('eco design', opportunities to enhance education)

Cost is $250 if registered by February 7, or $300 thereafter.
