TMS Foundation Callaway Golf Giveaway **Special Opportunity**

As a sponsor, you receive recognition via prominent signage at the event and at key locations in the hotel, inclusion in the meeting program booklet, on the TMS 2005 web site, and in JOM, the society journal. Event details.

Cyber Center - Exclusive

By far the busiest spot at the TMS meeting! The Cyber Center will be located in the Convention Center, in the lobby area adjacent to the technical sessions. Attendees have access to multiple terminals to access e-mail and the Internet. Included in this featured sponsorship: Entry Archway and signage, featuring your company logo & artwork, Logo & artwork as screen saver & default start-up page to sponsor’s website, Promotional signs in the program, session room hallways, and registration.

Coffee Breaks

Your opportunity for key exposure to conference attendees in the hallways, outside of the technical session rooms. Your company will receive name recognition on signage at the break station, along with the opportunity to feature a video sales presentation at the break station. Beverage charges are included. Sponsorship is per break, morning or afternoon.

Poster Session

The General Poster and Commercial Poster Sessions will occur in the Exhibit Hall. Posters will be displayed during all open hours of the exhibit, including during the special exhibit opening reception Monday, February 14, 5:00-6:30 pm. Your company will be recognized via a banner in the poster area, prominent on-site signage, inclusion in the program booklet, and on the TMS 2005 web site.

Registration/Program Bags - Exclusive

The “Show bag” is distributed at registration with the meeting program and show directory. Attendees will carry your logo throughout the convention facilities. Sponsor may opt to supply pre-printed bags or TMS will quote production costs. Preference is for the program bag to include the TMS logo. Sponsor fee does not include bag production charges.

Information Booth - Exclusive

Sponsor this prominently-positioned, central information station that meeting attendees will visit frequently for hotel and city information, tour tickets, and general event questions. Your company name and logo will be displayed on the panels of the booth; seen by everyone entering the Convention Center lobby. In addition, sponsor will receive recognition in the conference program.

Event Signage and Banners

An excellent visibility opportunity. Numerous free-standing information panels (1-meter width x 3-meter height) and banners will appear throughout the public areas of the convention center and hotel, displaying directions to key TMS activities. Capitalize your logo visibility on these informational and directional signs, directing the way to TMS activities for all attendees.

Attendee Snack/Beverage - Exclusive

As the exclusive sponsor of the snack giveaway, you will be given the opportunity to showcase your company name and logo while hosting ALL conference attendees for a refreshment break in the exhibit hall. The sponsor will receive: Company Name and logo on signs throughout the public areas, Pre-printed tickets with sponsor’s company name, distributed in the registrant’s packet, and an Acknowledgement in the meeting program.

Prize Drawing - Exclusive

Take advantage of a popular opportunity for brand exposure. To enter the drawing, attendees will deposit an entry ticket from their registrant’s packet into a prize bin on the exhibition floor. Prize will be drawn on Wednesday afternoon, with an announcement of the winner just before the conclusion of show hours. As sponsor of the Prize Drawing, recognition will include: Signage promoting the drawings throughout the conference, Company name on entry tickets, distributed to all registrants, Announcement of prize sponsor, and an Advertisement for the drawing with your logo in the meeting program.

Badge Lanyards - Exclusive

Sponsors will receive name recognition on visitor badge lanyards distributed to all meeting registrants and guests, from the registration area. Sponsorship exclusive of lanyard production costs.

Attendee Reception or Luncheon Sponsor

Create excitement and showcase your message while hosting the conference attendees. Sponsor cocktails or hors d’oeuvres served during Monday’s Grand Opening Reception. Tuesday, during the mid-day technical session break, host attendees for lunch. The sponsor name and logo will be displayed prominently on signs located throughout the Convention Center and at the event, and on custom-printed invitations distributed with the meeting badge. Logo printed cups and/or napkins are also included.

Student Mixer

This event occurs on Sunday evening and is one of the most popular events of the meeting for students and professional attendees alike. As a sponsor, you receive recognition via prominent signage at the Mixer, and at key locations in the hotel, logo feature and sponsor acknowledgement in the meeting program, and on the TMS 2005 web site.

Symposium Proceedings

Choose the proceedings that best addresses your target audience. Proceedings volumes are printed for a variety of symposia and issued concurrently at the Annual Meeting. TMS proceedings are sold at the meeting, and continue to be sold for years to come. Sponsorship of a proceedings volume includes: Recognition of support on the title page of TMS publication, Distinctive signage including logo and company/organization name featured at event, Recognition in the conference program and all conference publicity, and an expanded listing on the conference Web site, with linkage to sponsor's site. Deadline for proceedings sponsorship is December 1, 2004.

  • November 2004
    Includes the preliminary technical program and exhibition "pre-show" report, which many attendees use to map their schedules for the conference and refer to again and again.
  • February 2005
    Serves as the on-site technical program and the show directory distributed to all attendees.
  • May 2005
    Includes the post-meeting review and photos.
  • Web banner ads available on Annual Meeting-related pages throughout peak interest months.
  • Sponsorship of the online technical program available in PDF.

Exhibitors can save up to 15% on the standard ad rates in these special issues and will receive in additional hypertext link from the JOM web site to their company's site with each ad that is purchased.
