CAMPUS SMOKING POLICYUniversity of Utah prohibits smoking in its buildings. Smoking will be allowed only in outdoor areas. RECREATIONThe HPER recreational facility is open daily, Monday through Sunday. Hours will be posted at the Service Desk for your convenience. The cost is $4.00 for adults and children. Equipment includes racquetball courts, weight training rooms, gym, and 3 swimming pools. In support of and compliance with this Act, we ask that those registered attendees of EMC requiring specifi c equipment or services indicate their needs in advance at the EMC Registration Desk. POLICY ON AUDIO AND VISUAL RECORDING OF TECHNICAL PAPER PRESENTATIONS/SESSIONSTMS reserves the rights to any audio and video reproduction of all presentations at every TMS sponsored meeting. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited.
