Housing Reservations
On-campus housing is available on a first-requested, first-received basis; therefore, early registrations and reservations are essential. Deadline for on-campus housing reservations is May 17.
Making Your Reservation
All reservations for on-campus housing and meal plans must be made online at the University of Notre Dame Center for Continuing Education.
Your registration and credit card information will be transmitted through secure and encrypted channels. If you prefer not to use your credit card online, you may pay by check or fax your credit card number to the registration center. To do so, complete the reservation online and select “Fax Order IN” when prompted for payment method. Print the form, complete the remaining information, and fax it to the number listed.
About the Accommodations
- Air-conditioned residence hall within short walking distance from the technical session area
- Single or double occupancy dormitory rooms, each with its own sink
- Common shower and restroom facilities designated for men and women on each floor (Guests may wish to bring robe and shower shoes.)
- Blankets, sheets and towels provided (washcloths are not); linen service for towels and sheets provided
- Calling card accessible phones available within residence hall lobbies
- Free Internet access is available for personal computers with Ethernet connectivity through ResNet, Notre Dame’s high-speed network wiring in every dorm room and several public areas on campus (cable with RI-45 connector required).
Working telephone instruments are not provided in residence hall rooms. Wake-up service is not available.
Rates
Single occupancy $47/night
Double occupancy $34/night per person
There is no provision for more than two persons per room. If you will be sharing a room with someone, please note the person’s name in the roommate box on the online form.
Check-In
Check-in is available beginning Sunday, June 17 at 3 p.m.; check-out cannot be later than Saturday, June 23 at noon. No refunds are made for late arrivals or early departures.
Visit the University of Notre Dame Center for Continuing Education to review the three meal plans and to purchase one. Prices range from $71.50 to $155. No refunds are made for late arrivals, early departures or missed meals.
On Campus Dining Hours
Breakfast 7 to 8 a.m.
Lunch 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Dinner 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Food facilities on campus close at 7 p.m.; no refunds are made for late arrivals, early departures or missed meals.
Commuter Lunch
Individuals planning to make off-campus housing arrangements who are not purchasing a meal plan may buy meals individually at the university’s dining hall. Cash only, please.
Blocks of rooms have been reserved at special conference rates at the hotels listed but will be released May 17. Thereafter, reservations can be obtained only as space is available.
Make your reservations directly with the hotel as soon as possible and identify yourself as an EMC attendee. Transportation is not provided to the following hotels. The following rates do not include tax.
