A request for a refund due to a cancellation must be made in writing and postmarked no later than June 4, 2007. Mail to: TMS, 184 Thorn Hill Road, Warrendale, PA 15086-7514 USA. A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. No refunds are issued after the deadline.
