Messages
Telephones and a message board will be located near the EMC registration desk in the Multicultural Lounge. Messages will be posted on the board throughout the conference.
Campus Smoking Policy
The university prohibits smoking in all buildings, including residence halls. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside.

Audio/Video Recording Policy
TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS sponsored meetings. Recording of sessions (audio,
video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and
the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Contact TMS Technical Programming at (724) 776-9000, ext. 212, for more information.
Refunds
A request for a refund due to a cancellation must be made in writing and postmarked no later than June 6, 2008. Mail to: TMS, 184 Thorn Hill Road, Warrendale, PA 15086-7514 USA. A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. No refunds are issued after the deadline.
