Companies involved in technology related to the field of MOVPE
are encouraged to participate in the ICMOVPE XII Exhibition.
Reserve your space today for the ICMOVPE-XII Exhibition. The
conference schedule is set up to encourage attendees to visit the
exhibition, with features such as:
- Coffee breaks held in the exhibit area
- Poster Sessions conducted adjacent to the exhibit show
floor, with a poster reception scheduled
- Exhibits conveniently located adjacent to the technical
session rooms
- Exhibition hours which complement the technical program
schedule
The fee for exhibiting is $1,100, and will include one complimentary conference registration, a 10’x10’ draped space, one 6’ draped table, two chairs, wastebasket, and standard 110v electrical service.
The exhibits will be set in the area adjacent to the main meeting room and combined with a poster session on Wednesday.

The Exhibit hours are designed to complement the technical program schedule.

Along with the technical program and exhibition, several special
events and social functions will be held during the meeting. These
activities present ideal opportunities for companies involved in
MOVPE technology to support the event and receive outstanding
corporate recognition through Corporate Sponsorship. The event
will feature a number of cost-effective opportunities for key brand

The investment level for each sponsored event is based on an anticipated attendance between 375 and 400.
To facilitate the sponsorship process, the organizers have identified a list of sponsorship opportunities on the Sponsorship form, covering a variety of events that will be held during the Conference.
To reserve a Corporate Sponsorship, complete and return the Sponsorship contract, or contact TMS to discuss a sponsorship to fit your promotional plans and budget.
Sponsors will be recognized through announcements at the sponsored activity, along with these acknowledgements:

Continental Breakfast will be served each morning prior to the technical sessions at food and beverage stations located outside of the technical session rooms. The continental breakfast will include coffee, juice, breakfast pastries and fruit. Stations will be refreshed for the mid-morning coffee break.
