The Proceedings of the 12th International Conference on Metal Organic Vapor Phase Epitaxy (ICMOVPE XII) will be published in a special volume of the Journal of Crystal Growth. Authors of papers accepted for poster or oral presentation are invited to submit manuscripts comprising six or fewer journal pages of material for consideration for publication. (Invited speakers will be allowed up to nine pages.) All manuscripts will be refereed according to the Journal's usual high standards.

At least one of the authors on either a poster or an oral presentation must be present at the meeting, and the paper must be given by one of the authors for a publication to be accepted for the proceedings of the ICMOVPE-XII.

All manuscripts will be due on the first day of the conference, May 31, 2004. Three copies of each manuscript must be submitted to the Proceedings Desk at the conference. The final date for manuscript submission is May 31, 2004. Submission of a paper implies that it represents original work not previously published and not being considered for publication elsewhere. The manuscripts will be written in English, clearly and completely edited as to grammar and contents. The formulation of each paper must be clear and unambiguous and the usage of technical terms must be in accordance with what is generally accepted in this field. The technical quality of the manuscripts will meet the requirements as stated in the Information to Authors, which is printed on the cover of the Journal of Crystal Growth. Upon acceptance of the manuscript the authors will receive instructions as to the information needed for publication.
