The Tenth Biennial Organometallic Vapor Phase Epitaxy Workshop (OMVPE), sponsored by the Electronic Materials Committee of The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS), will be held at the Hilton San Diego Resort, San Diego, California, March 11-15, 2001.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton
San Diego Resort, San Diego, California. Housing reservations must be made
in advance and will be processed on a first-come basis. It is imperative that
you reserve your room prior to the February 11, 2001 deadline. After
February 11, rooms may be available but cannot be assured at the OMVPE rate.
If you phone the hotel for a reservation, be sure to identify yourself as an
attendee of the OMVPE Workshop in order to be provided the Workshop housing
rate of $155 (US) single.
An advance deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be required when making
your reservation.
