The Second International Conference on Processing Materials for Properties (PMP2000) will take place November 5–8, 2000, in San Francisco, California.

Under the joint organization of The Mining and Materials Processing Institute of Japan (MMIJ) and The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS), PMP2000 will provide a forum for the world's materials community to address the continuing globalization of materials production and the creation of new technologies and materials which are broadening the horizons of materials in associated processing routes. The Renaissance Parc Fifty-Five Hotel will host this prestigious conference.

The main registration fee includes the welcoming reception, coffee breaks, conference luncheon, conference banquet, access to the technical sessions and a copy of the proceedings.

Badges must be worn at all times to gain access to the techni-cal sessions and the social functions.

Full Payment in US dollars must accompany the completed secure on-line advance registration form. Register by Monday, October 2, 2000 and receive the advance registration discount from the on-site registration fee.

REFUND POLICY

A written request must be sent to TMS Headquarters, 184 Thorn Hill Road, Warrendale, PA 15086, postmarked no later than October 2, 2000. A $50 processing fee will be charged on all cancellations. NO refunds will be issued after the deadline date.
