TMS Specialty Meeting

International Symposium on Semiconductor Light Emitting Devices • April 27-May 2, 2008 • Phoenix, Arizona

Welcome to the International Symposium on Semiconductor Light Emitting Devices

The International Symposium on Semiconductor Light Emitting Devices provides a platform for scientists and engineers to discuss progress and future trends in the rapidly advancing science and technology of wide band gap semiconductors. Their applications into visible and ultraviolet light emitting diodes and diode lasers are also included in the scope of this meeting.

ISSLED also provides opportunities for networking with colleagues in your field and an exhibition of related products and services. Register online by April 14 to save $100 on the on-site conference fee!

SYMPOSIUM TOPICS

ISSLED will cover the spectrum of wide band-gap materials including GaN-, ZnSe- and ZnO-based semiconductors and their optoelectronic properties and applications. Papers are solicited on a variety of topics including:

  • Materials Growth and Characterization
  • Optoelectronic Properties
  • Device Design and Fabrication
  • White Light Emitting Diodes
  • Ultraviolet Emitters and Detectors
