ISSLED 2008: Registration

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

All attendees and meeting participants (authors, exhibitors, etc.) must register for the conference. Badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition and social functions. The registration fee includes:

  • Technical Sessions
  • Exhibition
  • Welcome Reception
  • Banquet
  • Proceedings

The advance registration deadline has passed. To register please visit the on-site registration booth with a completed Registration Form (PDF). Full payment in U.S. dollars must accompany the completed registration form.

PROCEEDINGS

Proceedings will be published on a CD-ROM as an edition of Physica Status Solidi. Each attendee paying the full conference fee will receive a free CD-ROM, which will be shipped to the registrant when available.

Additional CD-ROMs may be purchased in advance on the Registration Form for $49.

MEETING POLICIES

Registration Policy
All attendees and meeting participants (authors, exhibitors, etc.) must register for the conference. Anyone wishing to attend who does not register by the advance deadline must register on-site at the Hyatt Regency.

Americans With Disabilities Act
ADATMS strongly supports the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which prohibits discrimination against, and promotes public accessibility for, those with disabilities. In support of, and in compliance with, ADA, we ask those requiring specific equipment or services to contact TMS Meeting Services in advance.

Audio/Video Recording Policy
TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS sponsored meetings. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES

Citizens of countries that require a visa to enter the United States are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. It is necessary to begin the application process early. For visa information, visit the U.S. State Department Web site.

You are strongly encouraged to begin the application process early. For more information and to request an official invitation letter, please e-mail the TMS Meeting Service Coordinator.
