SUPERALLOYS 2008 • September 14-18, 2008 • Champion • Pennsylvania, USA

Welcome to the 11th Int'l Symposium Superalloys 2008

Presenting four years of progress in high-temperature materials

The 11th International Symposium on Superalloys will be held September 14 through September 18, 2008, at the Seven Springs Mountain Resort in Champion, Pennsylvania.

Convened once every four years since 1968, this symposium presents the most recent technical information on a class of high-strength, high-temperature alloys commonly known as superalloys.

It provides a forum for technical interchange among researchers, producers and users regarding the design, processing, utilization, testing and behavior of high-temperature materials.

Superalloys 2008 is sponsored by the Seven Springs International Symposium Committee in cooperation with TMS, TMS High Temperature Alloys Committee, and ASM International. If you would like to be added to the mailing list for Superalloys 2008, e-mail Jacqueline Wahl.

SEVEN SPRINGS INT'L SYMPOSIUM COMMITTEE

The primary function of the committee is to arrange an international symposium on superalloys, held every four years.

The committee also uses its resources to promote the dissemination of knowledge on high-temperature materials and to encourage students to study these materials. The committee functions under the jurisdiction of the TMS Executive Committee with guidance from the TMS High Temperature Alloys Committee. Committee members include:
