The Third International Conference on Processing Materials for Properties (PMP-III) originally scheduled for December 7-10, 2008, was postponed due to temporary circumstances and travel restrictions in Bangkok, Thailand. After extensive consideration by the conference organizers, it has been decided that the PMP-III conference will not be rescheduled.

It has been decided to print the CD Proceedings in Bangkok and have them shipped to interested authors/attendees directly. Those not interested in this opportunity will receive a full refund of their pre-registration fee.

Who Should Attend?
Anyone who is interested in increasing his or her coating inspection knowledge or wants to become a certified NACE coating inspector.

Abstract
The Coating Inspector Program (CIP) Level 2 focuses on advanced inspection techniques and specialized application for both steel and nonsteel substrates. The course includes in-depth coverage of surface preparation, coating types, inspection criteria and failure modes for various coatings, including specialized coatings and lining.

Instructors
All the ACA and NACE accredited lecturers have had many years of experience in the relevant industry. Lecturer details will be provided upon confirmation of course.

Prerequisites
Successful completion of CIP Level I classroom training or CIP Exam Course 1 is required. Students are also asked to bring their notes from CIP Level 1.
