Citizens of countries that require a visa to enter the United States are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. It is necessary to begin the application process early.

Badge Policy: Badges must be worn to gain access to technical sessions and social functions.

Cancellation Policy: A request for refund due to cancellation must be made in writing and received at TMS World Headquarters no later than July 19, 2007. A $75 processing fee is charged. Audio/Video Recording Policy: TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS sponsored meetings. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited.
