Quote: “I am very pleased and honored to have been selected for this award since it reflects recognition of my work and the esteem of my peers. It is also an encouragement in my future career. I have been a member of TMS for 22 years and have maintained active participation in TMS Annual Meetings and TMS Industrial Aluminum Electrolysis courses for a number of years. This has given me the opportunity to present R&D papers and get them printed in the Light Metals books, which are now considered as the main source of new and updated information in the field of aluminum production. Also I have benefited from the professional and personal relationships with fellow TMS members.”
