Recipients: 2004 TMS Aluminum Distinguished Service Award



The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society's Aluminum Distinguished Service Award established in 1995, recognizes an individual whose continuous service to the Light Metals Division's Aluminum Committee activities has facilitated the Society's ability to serve its aluminum-oriented members and their supporting organizations.

Citation: "For recognition of his leadership, dedicated service, and contributions in the TMS Aluminum Committee and as TMS President."

Biography: Euel Cutshall is the electrode technology manager at Alcoa, Inc. He has served TMS in many capacities: president—1998, Foundation Board of Trustees, chair of the Light Metals Division Council, Nominating Committee, Publications Committee, Membership Development Committee, Recycling Committee, Reactive Technology Committee, Light Metals Award Committee, and AIME Trustee.
