Registration

This congress will be held June 16 through June 20 and includes registration to the 2nd World Congress on Artificial Intelligence in Materials Science and Manufacturing 2024 (AIM 2024), Digital and Robotic Forming 2024, and Accelerating Discovery for Mechanical Behavior of Materials 2024. Your registration will also include:

• One ticket for the luncheon of your choice

Attendees are required to register, and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition, and all-congress events.

This half-day professional development course will take place on Sunday, June 16, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Add this course to your registration package when registering.

All full-conference registrants receive one ticket to the luncheon of their choice included in their registration fee. If you would like to attend additional luncheons, you must select your ticket(s) when registering. The luncheons are as follows:

AIM 2024 Registration Award

TMS expects to receive support to be able to offer registration awards for a limited number of students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career investigators who received their degree within the last five years. These awards are intended to support individuals within the aforementioned groups who have not yet registered for this event due to lack of funds. Each award recipient will receive complimentary registration to the TMS Specialty Congress 2024 which includes technical sessions and networking events such as a welcome reception, plenary, AIM 2024 lunch, panel discussions, and poster reception.

To apply for this award, fill out and submit this form. Applications will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis for those who meet the criteria. Applicants are encouraged to submit their form as early as possible. The organizers reserve the right to limit the number of award recipients per institution or organization to fairly distribute the funds among potential attendees. Award recipients will be notified of acceptance by TMS staff beginning April 30, 2024. In order to be eligible for the award, recipients must plan to attend the full length of TMS Specialty Congress 2024 from June 16-20, 2024.

Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy: If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing (by e-mail or mail) before the discount registration deadline of April 30, 2024; payment will be refunded less a $130 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after the discount registration deadline of April 30, 2024.

Speaker Registration: Presenters are required to register before the advance registration deadline for the TMS Specialty Congress 2024. We require this to secure commitment from presenters that they plan to travel to and attend the congress in person to deliver their oral or poster presentation. Cancellations and no shows disrupt the program and detract from the quality of the event. If a change in travel plans occurs, we urge presenters to identify a substitute who can attend and present in their place. TMS can transfer the existing registration to the substitute attendee.

If a registered presenter must cancel, TMS must be notified via email before the advance registration deadline of April 30, 2024, to receive a refund. Fees will be refunded less a $130 processing fee. TMS regrets that no refunds will be processed after the discount registration deadline of April 30, 2024.

Dietary Requests: TMS will work with the meeting facility/hotel to meet attendee dietary requests, provided staff is informed of the special request at least 24 hours in advance of the request. Please indicate dietary restrictions when registering.

Time Zones: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this conference and related events will take place in the local time zone, Eastern Daylight Time (UTC-4:00).

Language: The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.

Currency: All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
