TMS Wants to Help You with Your Job Search

TMS is proud to offer two new and exciting career benefits: ResumeMatch and JobMatch.

These career services are free to all TMS members. Upload your resume to the TMS ResumeMatch database. It’s simple to register and you can take advantage of the confidentiality option. It’s a great service for both active and passive job seekers. Employers search for potential employees by entering the criteria they are seeking through the TMS ResumeMatch Service. Search TMS JobMatch, a job listing service that allows you to view new job openings posted by top employers in the field, on the TMS website. You can search job listings by state location, position title, technical skill, and more. Go to the TMS Membership page and click on TMS Career Center. Employers interested in searching the TMS ResumeMatch database or posting a job opening in TMS JobMatch please contact Chris Shewring at (614) 923-0600 ext. 370, or cshewring@brassring.com.

Also helping with job searches in 2002 will be the first TMS Career Fair. This career fair will be held in conjunction with the 2002 TMS Annual Meeting, February 17–21, 2002 in Seattle, Washington. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to meet face to face with leading employers in your field looking to hire individuals in the materials industry. Students not able to attend the meeting can still participate in the career fair by submitting a resume to all employers. For complete information on the career fair, contact Tara Braden at tbraden@tms.org
