TMS now has a great way for you to get your resume out to potential employers. The TMS Resume Referral Service is a computerized database that contains the resume information of those TMS members interested in pursuing new career opportunities. And students can use the service free of charge!

You can use the TMS Resume Referral Service for full-time, consulting, or even intern positions. Resume information is listed for six months and can be kept confidential by marking a box on the form and listing up to three employers you do not wish to have view your information.

Employers use the service to conduct a single search ($225) or a three-search package ($425) or can subscribe on an annual basis for monthly updates ($995). Single searches are generally completed within 48 hours; all matching resumes are sent to the employer, who contacts candidates directly for interviews. Under the one-year subscription, employers receive a software package that contains resume information and all required search software.
