What You'll Get as a TMS2018 Exhibitor

As an exhibitor at the TMS2018 Exhibition, you will receive the following:

Booth Space and Sign

Standard inline booth space will be set with 8’ back and 3’ side drape. In addition, inline booths will receive a 44” one-line sign identifying company name and booth number. Booth furniture, carpeting, and services, such as electric, will be available to order through the general service contractor Freeman. Additional information will be available in the Exhibitor Service Manual, available December 2017.

Exhibitor Personnel Registration

Exhibitors receive one (1) full-conference and two (2) Exhibit Hall only registrations per 10’ x 10’ (100ft²) reserved. Full-conference registration includes admission to the popular plenary event and all TMS technical sessions. Additional registrations can be purchased.

Exhibitor Housing

Take advantage of the TMS conference hotel rates by making your housing reservations through onPeak (formerly Travel Planners), the official housing providers of the TMS 2018 Annual Meeting & Exhibition.

Access to Attendee Mailing List

Your company will receive the full and final TMS2018 attendee e-mail list for one-time use. (Please note that attendees must opt in to be included on this list.)
