TMS and DGM Plan Lightweight Metals Programming

The German Materials Society (DGM) and TMS are joining their expertise to offer new lightweight metals programming at TMS2019, as part of a recently signed Memorandum of Understanding between the two societies. Potential topics will examine the latest developments in research, design, and manufacturing of metals that address the escalating global demand for weight savings, particularly in the transportation industries. Specific programming details will be announced when the TMS2019 Call for Abstracts opens in May 2018.

REWAS returns for its 6th installment at the TMS 2019 Annual Meeting & Exhibition (TMS2019), March 10-14, in San Antonio, Texas, to examine the theme, Manufacturing the Circular Materials Economy.
