Corporate Rate

A Note on Housing
If you booked housing through TMS’s housing provider, onPeak, for the TMS 2021 Annual Meeting & Exhibition, your room reservation will be canceled for you, and no further action is required on your part. If you booked housing outside of the TMS/onPeak housing reservation system, you will need to contact the hotel and cancel the reservation on your own.

Refund Policy
Written requests must arrive at TMS post marked no later than March 1, 2021. No refunds will be issued after March 1, 2021. A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. Refund requests should be sent to:

Registration Policy for Presenters
All TMS2021 Virtual presenters must be registered for the conference by January 25 in order to upload their talks and be included in the conference technical program. Presentations where the speaker in the recording is not (1) the designated presenter and (2) registered for the conference will be removed from the program.
