Attendees are required to register and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions and all congress events.

• Language: The congress and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English
• Currency: All fees are expressed in US dollars. The hotel and surrounding businesses accept US dollars; most businesses (except taxis) also accept major credit cards.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Online registration for this program is now closed but registrations will be taken onsite at the meeting. Registration will open on Sunday, January 11 at 16:00 in Fateh Al Khair at the Ritz Carlton Doha.

MEETING POLICIES

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations must be made in writing to TMS. A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be processed after the registration deadline of December 1, 2014.

Photography Notice
By registering for the congress, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by TMS personnel while at events and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes.

Audio/Video Recording Policy
TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS sponsored meetings. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Contact TMS Technical Programming at 724-776-9000 to obtain a copy of the waiver release form.
