This course will take place at the Yas Island Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Your registration fee includes four days of class instruction and course materials, as well as the following additional benefits:

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations must be made in writing to TMS (by mail or e-mail). A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be processed after the registration deadline of April 8, 2016.

Photography Notice
By registering for the congress, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by TMS personnel while at events and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes, in and on TMS publications and websites, and on social media sites.

No photos are to be taken of any presenter’s slides. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session or the meeting without refund.

Audio/Video Recording Policy
TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS sponsored meetings. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. TMS will work with the course facility/hotel to meet attendee dietary requests, provided that staff is informed of the special request at least 24 hours in advance of the request. Please indicate dietary restrictions when registering.
