This course will be held Monday, May 23 through Friday, May 27 at the Renaissance Hamburg Hotel in Hamburg, Germany. Your course registration fee includes the following:
- Welcome reception
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks during session intermissions
- Daily lunch
- Cast shop plant tour of Hydro Aluminium Rolled Products (including transportation to and from tour facility)
- Thursday evening Graduation Dinner, featuring guest speaker Wolfgang Schneider
Attendees are required to register and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions and all course events.

Anti-Harassment Policy

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations must be made in writing to TMS (by mail or e-mail). A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be processed after the registration deadline of April 22, 2016.
Photography Notice
By registering for the congress, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by TMS personnel while at events and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes, in and on TMS publications and websites, and on social media sites.
No photos are to be taken of any presenter’s slides. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session or the meeting without refund.
Audio/Video Recording Policy
TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS sponsored meetings. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Contact TMS Technical Programming at (724) 776–9000 to obtain a copy of the waiver release form.
Americans with Disabilities Act
TMS strongly supports the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which prohibits discrimination against, and promotes public accessibility for, those with disabilities. Dietary Requests
TMS will work with the course facility/hotel to meet attendee dietary requests, provided that staff is informed of the special request at least 24 hours in advance of the request. Please indicate dietary restrictions when registering.
Language
The course and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.

All course fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
