Nonmember students must register using the PDF form and must provide a copy of their student identification card to receive the student registration rate.

A welcome reception, conference dinner, and morning and afternoon refreshment breaks are included in the registration fee.

Attendees are required to register and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions and all conference events.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
Full-conference and student registration includes technical sessions, proceedings CD, welcome reception, poster reception, refreshment breaks, and one ticket to the conference banquet on Wednesday evening.
Nonmember registration includes TMS membership through December 31, 2016. All fees are in U.S. dollars

* Must be a full-time graduate or undergraduate student; a copy of student school identification card is required; must mail or fax form.
+ All member societies of the American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical, and Petroleum Engineers (AIME) qualify for the full-conference registration member rate. Member societies include: The Association for Iron and Steel Technology (AIST); The Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration (SME); The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and TMS. This rate does not include TMS membership for 2016. AIST, SME, and SPE members must mail or fax registration form to receive member rate.
MEETING POLICIES

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail or mail) to TMS. A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be processed after the registration deadline of March 24, 2016.

Photography and Recording Policy
TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS-sponsored meetings. By registering for this conference, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by TMS personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes, in and on TMS publications and websites, and on social media sites.

Any recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session.
