Activities and programming at the TMS 2015 Annual Meeting & Exhibition will be held at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort and at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. All of the properties are located in Disney’s BoardWalk area and are within easy walking distance of one another. View the map to see how the properties connect.

Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort:
The TMS Headquarters Hotel
The award-winning Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is located in the heart of the Walt Disney World Resort, between Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, with the Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme parks nearby. The two on-site hotels were designed by award-winning architect Michael Graves, and sit across from one another on Crescent Lake in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The guest rooms at both hotels have been recently redesigned.

TRANSPORTATION

Shuttle Services between the Swan and Dolphin Resort and the Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Shuttle transportation is not provided by TMS. Attendees may arrange for shuttle transportation on their own based on schedule, destination, and cost. The information provided here is for reference only.

Shuttle Services between all other hotels and the Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Attendees staying at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort can arrange for complimentary transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport via Disney’s Magical Express motorcoach service.

Complimentary shuttles will run daily between the TMS2015 properties. Shuttles will depart from the Caribbean Beach and Coronado Springs Resorts and bring conference attendees to the Dolphin Hotel and the Yacht & Beach Convention Center every 15 to 30 minutes. Please see signs in the hotel lobbies for pick-up locations at each property.

Tuesday, March 17
- 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(Shuttles will be available at the Yacht & Beach Convention Center following the TMS & AIME Awards Banquet to return guests to the Caribbean Beach and Coronado Springs Resorts.)

Wednesday, March 18
- 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Thursday, March 19
- Dolphin Hotel: 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Yacht & Beach: 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If you are driving in daily for the meeting, parking is available at the Dolphin Hotel for $16/day (self-parking) or $26/day (valet).

While the Swan, Dolphin, and Yacht & Beach are in close walking distance to each other, there will be inter-resort transportation available via pedal cabs. TMS2015 attendees are invited to take advantage of these vehicles to get between the different buildings to attend technical presentations and meetings.

Please Note: TMS2015 name badges must be worn for access to all conference transportation, sessions, and activities.

THEME PARKS

Meeting attendees can purchase specially priced tickets for the Walt Disney World theme parks through TMS2015. Purchase your park tickets and secure fast passes in advance here.

TRAVEL TO ORLANDO

Orlando is home to some of the nation's greatest theme parks, but the city has much more to offer its visitors. Complimentary shuttle bus transportation is provided to many Walt Disney World resort locations and attractions, which are just minutes away. OBTAIN A TRAVEL VISA

TMS2015 attendees from countries that require a visa to enter the United States are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa takes a minimum of three months. You are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and begin the application process early.

CHILD CARE AND IN-ROOM BABYSITTING

Independent childcare provider Kid’s Nite Out offers one-to-one babysitting in the comfort of your Walt Disney World Resort or greater Orlando area hotel room. Arts and crafts, reading and playing games are among the fun-filled activities for children 6 months to 12 years of age.
