Advance Registration

The deadline to register in advance for the meeting has passed. To attend, it will now be necessary to register on-site at the meeting. The deadline to request a refund has also passed.

If your registration form is received after October 21, 2003, your registration will be processed at the on-site rates.

Badges and conference information can be picked-up at the Hyatt Regency Chicago starting Sunday, November 9, 2003, at the registration area in the Exhibit Hall.

You may register at the meeting. On-site registration will be located in the exhibit hall of the Hyatt Regency Chicago, beginning Sunday afternoon and continuing through Wednesday afternoon during the following hours:

Housing Information

The MS&T '03 headquarters hotel will be the Hyatt Regency Chicago in Chicago, IL. Special conference rates have been contracted at the hotel and are listed on the housing form. To receive the special rates, please use the HOTEL RESERVATION FORM, which is available for download in portable document format. Payment MUST accompany form. Reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. In order to qualify for the special rates, you must identify yourself as an MS&T ’03 meeting attendee. No room block has been set-aside for TMS or ISS. Refer to the housing form included in this brochure for pricing and submitting instructions.
