2. 2003 TMS Annual Meeting Update: Sign up for Short Courses

In conjunction with the 2003 Annual Meeting, TMS will offer a selection of learning intensive courses covering a range of diverse and carefully selected topics designed to enhance your technical and professional expertise.
Register on-site beginning at 8:00 AM on Saturday, March 1, in the Point Loma Room of the Marriott.
Consider the merits of each course, as well as the qualifications of the respective presenters, and join us in one of the following courses:

3. 2003 TMS Annual Meeting Update: Purchase Conference Proceedings On-Site
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
During the 2003 TMS Annual Meeting, visit the Publications Sales Area, located in the Ground Level Lobby of the Convention Center, to browse a selection of new conference proceedings and specially priced sale books from TMS.
Books ordered in advance can also be picked up at the Publications Sales Area at any time during the conference. Any pre-ordered book that is not claimed will be shipped to the purchaser after the close of the meeting at the purchaser’s expense.

The 45th Electronic Materials Conference (EMC), sponsored by the Electronic Materials Committee of TMS, is the premier forum for topics of current interest in the preparation and characterization of electronic materials.

2003 Device Research Conference

The 61st Device Research Conference (DRC) brings together scientists, engineers, and students to discuss exciting breakthroughs and advances in the field of device research. Invited speakers will present the latest developments in micromachined devices, silicon CMOS/BiCMOS, silicon scaled and ultra small devices, wireless/microwave devices, wide bandgap devices, and much more.
The deadline for submitting abstracts to the 2003 DRC is now closed. Late News entries will be accepted until May 30, 2003.
