Online registration is now closed.

Online registration for the AM-Bench 2018 conference closed at 3:00 p.m. (EDT) on Friday, June 8. Because NIST Headquarters, the conference location, is a controlled access facility, onsite registration will not be available for this event. There may be availability for pre-registration on a very limited basis. Please contact TMS staff at mtgserv@tms.org to check availability.

Additive Manufacturing Benchmarks 2018 (AM-Bench 2018) is the first in a series of events focused on validating and improving the accuracy of model predictions and developing universally accepted quantitative measurement approaches for all additive manufacturing (AM) materials and methods.

RESOURCES
YOU MIGHT ALSO BE INTERESTED IN

By addressing a critical barrier to widespread adoption of additive manufacturing (AM) solutions, the AM-Bench measurements and associated conference series will make a significant impact on the global additive manufacturing community. AM researchers, practitioners, end-users, modelers, and vendors are invited to contribute to the outcomes of AM-Bench 2018 as follows:

  • Present your latest work as part of the AM-Bench 2018 Benchmark Measurement and Modeling Symposium that examines quantitative measurements, state-of-the-art models, end user modeling needs, and future directions.
  • Participate in the AM-Bench 2018 benchmark challenges, encompassing both metals and polymers. Simulation results are due by the May 18, 2018, deadline.
  • Attend AM-Bench 2018 to learn about the current state-of-the-art measurements and models, provide input into future benchmark tests, and network with your customers and AM experts.
