Registration is now closed.

This meeting took place December 5–8, 2021. The recorded content was available to registrants until February 28, 2022. Please join the e-mail list to receive updates about HEA and future meetings.

In addition to the technical program, in-person registration for the congress includes the following activities:

• Sunday evening welcome reception
• Refreshment breaks during session intermissions
• Monday poster reception
• Tuesday dinner event

Attendees are required to register and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition and all conference events.

HEA 2021 On-Demand Option

After the meeting, a selection of video presentations from some of the HEA 2021 presenters will be available on demand. If you choose the On Demand Only option for registration, access to the videos will be e-mailed to you. Registrants accessing the online platform can connect with other participants through custom discussion threads and networking-oriented icebreakers, as well as direct message and video chat.

Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy: If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing (by e-mail or mail) or mail) before the discount registration deadline of October 22, 2021; payment will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after the discount registration deadline of October 22, 2021.

Dietary Requests: TMS will work with the meeting facility/hotel to meet attendee dietary requests, provided staff is informed of the special request at least 24 hours in advance of the request. Please indicate dietary restrictions when registering.

Time Zones: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this conference and related events will take place in the local time zone, Eastern Standard Time (UTC/GMT -4).

Language: The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.

Currency: All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
