This congress will be held Sunday, November 12 through Wednesday, November 15, 2023, and includes the following:

• Sunday evening welcome reception
• Refreshment breaks during session intermissions
• Monday poster reception
• Tuesday dinner event

Attendees are required to register, and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition and all conference events. Registration fees will be paid to TMS in USD.

Registration fee includes technical sessions, welcome reception, refreshment breaks, poster reception, and one ticket to the congress dinner.

Note: Material Advantage membership is not included in Student Nonmember registration.

Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy: If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing (by e-mail or mail) or mail) before the discount registration deadline of September 27, 2023; payment will be refunded less a $130 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after the discount registration deadline of September 27, 2023.

Dietary Requests: TMS will work with the meeting facility/hotel to meet attendee dietary requests, provided staff is informed of the special request at least 24 hours in advance of the request. Please indicate dietary restrictions when registering.

Time Zones: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this conference and related events will take place in the local time zone, Eastern Standard Time (UTC/GMT -4).

Language: The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.

Currency: All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
