Registration Information

This congress will be held April 24 through April 28, 2021 and includes the following:

• Welcome reception
• Refreshment breaks during session intermissions coordinated with exhibit viewing
• Poster reception
• Dinner event

Attendees are required to register and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition and all congress events.

Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy: If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing (by e-mail or mail) before the discount registration deadline of October 1, 2021; payment will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after the discount registration deadline of October 1, 2021.

Dietary Requests TMS will work with the meeting facility/hotel to meet attendee dietary requests, provided staff is informed of the special request at least 24 hours in advance of the request. Please indicate dietary restrictions when registering.

Time Zones: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this conference and related events will take place in the local time zone, Pacific Daylight Time (UTC/GMT -7).

Language: The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.

Currency: All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
