The conference will be held July 25 through July 30, 2021 and includes access to the technical sessions and the proceedings e-book. All recorded content will be available to registrants on the virtual platform until August 31, 2021. Complimentary proceedings content must be downloaded before August 31, 2021, at which time standard pricing will take effect.

ICTP 2021 Registration Award Application

The National Science Foundation will support registration awards for a limited number of students, postdoctoral researchers, and early career investigators who have received their degrees within the last five years. Each award recipient will receive complimentary registration to ICTP 2021. The deadline to apply for this award was July 19, 2021.

Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy: If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing (by e-mail or mail) before the discount registration extended deadline of June 17, 2021; payment will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after the discount registration extended deadline of June 17, 2021.

Time Zones: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this conference and related events will take place in the local time zone, Eastern Daylight Time (UTC -0400).

Language: The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.

Currency: All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
