Take Highway 427 South to Queen Elizabeth Way East. Merge onto Gardiner Expressway East. Exit onto York Street and go North. Turn right onto Queen Street.

Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ)

Driving directions
Take the Gardiner Expressway East and exit at York Street. Follow York Street north, and turn right onto Queen Street West.

Union-Pearson Express (UP Express)

The ride takes about 25 minutes from the airport to Union Station. Guests can either walk for 15-20 minutes to the hotel or take public transit to either Osgoode Station or Queen Station.

Starting Tuesday, May 24, UP Express trains will run every 15 minutes on weekdays during the busiest parts of the day. In the morning from Union Station, trains will depart at 4:55 a.m., 5:10 a.m., 5:30 a.m., then every 15 minutes until 8:45 a.m. In the afternoon, trains will depart every 15 minutes from 2 p.m. until 7:15 p.m. In the morning from Pearson Airport, trains will depart every 15 minutes from 5:27 a.m. to 9:12 a.m. In the afternoon, trains will depart every 15 minutes from 2:27 p.m. to 7:42 p.m. Visit the UP Express website for more information.

Driving Directions from Outside Toronto

To Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, located at 123 Queen Street West

From East: Take Highway 401 to Don Valley Parkway and head south. Take the exit for Richmond Street and travel west.to York St. The entrance is on the right.

From South: Take Queen Elizabeth Way to Gardiner Expressway. Take the Jarvis Street Exit and turn left onto Jarvis. Turn left onto Richmond Street East. Continue on Richmond Street for 3 blocks.to York St. The entrance is on the right.

From Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ): Take Highway 401 East to Highway 427 South. Proceed onto Queen Elizabeth Way heading into downtown. Toronto and then east to the Gardiner Expressway. Take the Jarvis Street Exit and turn left onto Jarvis. Turn Left onto York Street. Continue on York Street. The entrance is on the right.

From North: Take Highway 400 to Highway 401. Travel east to the Don Valley Parkway. Take the Richmond Street Exit and travel west to York St. The entrance is on the right.

Meeting attendees from countries that require a visa to enter Canada are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa takes a minimum of three months. You are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and begin the application process early.
