TMS, in partnership with our event venue, is complying with guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and relevant state and local authorities to provide a safe and healthy environment for attendees as we work together to address the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. The health and well-being of our meeting attendees, partners, and staff attending events is our top priority.

TMS COVID-19 Statement

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease, and it is not possible to eliminate the risk of spreading or contracting COVID-19. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present, and efforts to mitigate the risk of exposure to COVID-19 may not be sufficient to prevent spreading or contracting COVID-19.

By registering for the meeting, all attendees acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of the TMS COVID-19 Release and Hold Harmless Agreement. TMS also asks that you NOT attend the meeting if you are subject to the quarantine or isolation guidelines from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

We also ask attendees to work with us to follow all federal, state, local, venue, and CDC guidelines and will keep you informed as to how those guidelines pertain to the meeting. We appreciate your cooperation in these matters.
