Two-Column Format (CMS-Plus Variation)

The following instructions should be used when submitting manuscripts for the following TMS proceedings publication(s):

GENERAL FORMS AND INFORMATION

Formatting Instructions (PDF): This file contains basic formatting instructions for layout, placement of figures, equations, etc.

Copyright Form (PDF): TMS transfer of copyright form. A completed copyright form must be submitted with your paper.

Paper Offprint/Reprint Order Form (PDF): For discounted price on individual reprints of your paper.

Microsoft Word Template: Microsoft Word template designed for TMS two-column proceedings.When downloading this template, your browser may attempt to save the file with a .doc extension (the extension used for a standard Microsoft Word document file) rather than with the required .dot extension (the extension used for a Microsoft Word template file). Please be sure to save the file with the required .dot extension upon download.

LaTeX TEMPLATES

NOTE: If you will be using this template, please be sure to download and save both of the .tex files below to the same folder.
