TMS Publications Home
TMS publishes numerous journals, conference proceedings volumes, textbooks, and other print and electronic publications designed to give materials scientists and
engineers current information on scientific and applied advances. These publications also provide materials scientists and engineers respected forums in which to publish
TMS members receive free subscriptions to society journals and significant discounts on books published with John Wiley & Sons. Visit the Members Only page to access these

BOOKS AND CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
TMS partners with Springer Science+Business Media to publish conference proceedings for the TMS annual meeting and many of the specialty conferences that TMS holds during the year. To view available proceedings, visit the TMS Bookstore in the Knowledge Resource Center.
The Conference Proceedings Guide presents all the support material needed to prepare a paper for publication in a symposium proceedings volume.
INTEGRATING MATERIALS AND MANUFACTURING INNOVATION
Integrating Materials and Manufacturing Innovation (IMMI) is a peer-reviewed publication that explores innovations from the discovery of materials through their manufacture in support of the practice of Integrated Computational Materials Engineering (ICME).
Interested authors should visit the journal page, which has complete information on how to format and submit articles to this journal.
JOURNAL OF ELECTRONIC MATERIALS
The Journal of Electronic Materials (JEM) is a monthly journal published by TMS and the Electronic Devices Society of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic
Engineers. JEM regularly reports on the science and technology of electronic materials, while examining new applications for semiconductors, magnetic alloys, insulators,
and optical and display materials. The journal also selectively publishes invited and contributed review papers on topics of current interest to enable individuals in
the field of electronics to keep abreast of activities in areas peripheral to their own.
The journal welcomes articles on methods for preparing and evaluating the chemical, physical, and electronic properties of these materials.
Visit the JEM Author guide for complete information on how to format and submit to this monthly journal.
JOM: THE MEMBER'S JOURNAL
JOM is a forum for technology exchange among dedicated materials scientists and engineers practicing in a wide spectrum of technical specialties. These technical interest
areas can be broadly defined as extraction and processing; light metals; materials design and manufacturing; structural materials; and functional materials.
Interested authors should review the editorial schedule presented in the Technical Emphasis Calendar, and select a technical area and respective issue. Visit the
JOM Author Guide page for complete information on how to format and submit to this monthly journal.
JOURNAL OF SUSTAINABLE METALLURGY
Journal of Sustainable Metallurgy is a new quarterly journal accepting papers for publication in 2015. The
journal is dedicated to presenting metallurgical processes and related research aimed at improving the sustainability of metal-producing industries, with a particular emphasis on
materials recovery, reuse, and recycling. Its editorial scope encompasses new techniques, as well as optimization of existing processes, including utilization, treatment, and
management of metallurgically generated residues.
Visit the Call for Papers for more information on the types of submissions sought for this new journal.
METALLURGICAL AND MATERIALS TRANSACTIONS
Metallurgical and Materials Transactions publishes contributions on all aspects of research and significant engineering advances in materials science and
metallurgy. Issued monthly, A focuses on physical metallurgy and materials science. Published bimonthly, B focuses on process metallurgy and materials processing
science. Published quarterly, E focuses on the science of materials being applied or investigated to address the unique aspects of current and emerging energy technologies.
The MMT Author Guide describes how to prepare and submit manuscripts for publication in the journals.
