All DMMM4 networking events will take place in the OC Ballroom of the Anaheim Marriott, the TMS2022 headquarters hotel. Convenient to TMS2022 activities at the Anaheim Convention Center, the Marriott offers an exceptional environment for the rich interactions and informal networking opportunities that have made past Summits so valuable

DMMM4 Preview and Networking Mixer

Gather with colleagues for a glimpse of what’s in store for DMMM4 attendees. This is your opportunity to meet speakers and DMMM4 Organizing Committee members and begin making the connections with other attendees as preparation for the next two days of compelling programming and engaging activities. Cash bar and light refreshments open to all TMS2022 attendees.
Fresh Coffee, Fresh Ideas: Diversity and Inclusion Breakfast

This long-standing TMS event will serve as an informal kick off to the first day of DMMM4 programming. Organized by the TMS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, this year’s program will feature facilitated small group discussion on topics that will be explored more deeply as part of DMMM4.

Enjoy an evening of informal networking in a safe space to celebrate shared experiences as TMS LGBTQ+ individuals and allies. Cash bar, with light snacks provided. Organized by TMS Pride of the TMS Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
The sponsoring committee of DMMM4, the TMS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is responsible for developing TMS programs, initiatives, and activities that address the professional needs and aspirations of underrepresented persons actively pursuing a career in minerals, metals, and materials science and engineering.
