Your TMS2022 full-conference registration fee includes access to:

• Presentations at more than 90 symposia in 14 technical topics
• Full programming of three co-located meetings

• Electronic access to proceedings from select symposia, as well as the general meetings proceedings volume
• Access to recorded presentations from all participating presenters, available beginning March 14 through April 30

For Virtual Presenters and Attendees

Your TMS2022 full-conference registration fee includes access to:

• Recorded presentations from all participating presenters, available March 14 through April 30
• Nine live-streaming sessions (available as recordings after the event)
• Virtual Poster Session
• Electronic access to proceedings from select symposia, as well as the general meetings proceedings volume
• Online exhibitor information

TMS2022 Virtual Registration Rates

Note that virtual non-member registrants will not receive TMS membership as part of their registration fee. 

TMS2022 In-Person Registration Rates

* Must be a full-time student at an accredited university to register at the student rate. A current school identification card must be presented at registration to receive your materials at TMS2022.
** Proceedings access will not be given with this rate.

Corporate Rate

To receive the corporate registration rate, you must send a minimum of 10 attendees to the meeting from your corporation. Contact Trudi Dunlap for more information on this option.

Refund Policy

Written requests must arrive at TMS post marked no later than January 18, 2022. No refunds will be issued after January 18, 2022. A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations.

In-person conference registrants: Should your plans change and you do not attend in person for any reason, please contact us at tms2022@rcsreg.com so that we can update your registration to the virtual registration package. We regret that we are unable to refund the difference between the in-person and virtual fees after January 18, 2022.

TMS Policies

By registering for this meeting, attendees accept the terms of the TMS Privacy Policy, and acknowledge that they may be photographed and/or recorded by TMS for promotional purposes while at events as described in the TMS Meeting Policies. Registrants and their guests also agree to abide by the Meetings Code of Conduct, the TMS Anti-Harassment Policy, and TMS COVID-19 Release & Hold Harmless Agreement. TMS Guest Program

TMS welcomes your guests to join in selected TMS2022 activities.

Guest Session Access

Each full-conference attendee is permitted up to two guests for one session at which they are presenting. This does not include colleagues or exhibitors. This access is intended for family members who wish to listen to one talk presented by their relative. No one under 18 permitted. Please provide the names of the guests who will be attending your presentations when completing the registration form.

Guest Function Tickets

You may purchase additional tickets to social functions for your guests through the registration form.
