The deadline to submit a manuscript for the proceedings has passed.

Conference registrants will receive access to the proceedings in two formats:

• eBook, available for conference registrants to download as a PDF here. You will need to login using your name and registration order number.
• Softcover printed book, available onsite for all registrants
