About the Hotel
Situated atop the historic Henry W. Oliver building in the central business district of downtown Pittsburgh, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh Downtown is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and local attractions. The all-suite hotel also offers a business center, free made-to-order breakfast and evening reception for all guests, and a 24-hour fitness center.
Transportation Options
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh Downtown is located approximately 17 miles from Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT). There are a number of transportation options to get to and from PIT, including:
- Super Shuttle: $24 (typical minimum charge, one way)
- Taxi: $40 (typical minimum charge, one way)

Parking Options
Valet parking at the Embassy Suites is offered to overnight guests for $32/night and includes in and out privileges. Self-parking is available directly across the street from the property in the Mellon Square parking garage. The fee is $19/night Monday through Friday, and $5/night on Saturday and Sunday (does not include in and out privileges).

Meeting attendees from countries that require a visa to enter the United States are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa takes a minimum of three months. You are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and begin the application process early.
