TMS, in partnership with our event venue, is complying with guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and relevant state and local authorities to provide a safe and healthy environment for MiNES 2021 attendees. We will continue to work with our venue and local partners to address the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic as the health and well-being of our meeting attendees, partners, and staff attending events remains our top priority.
TMS continually monitors the COVID-19 situation and the latest guidance on health and safety protocols. Because circumstances change rapidly, we encourage attendees to visit the following sites to learn the most-up-to-date information from local and national health organizations.
At Omni Hotels & Resorts, the health and safety of guests and associates have always been, and always will be, a top priority. Omni Hotels & Resorts has addressed the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic by updating its already thorough cleaning guidelines and has implemented additional processes and procedures to ensure your health, safety, and comfort as part of the new “Omni Safe & Clean” initiative.
Within each of Omni's hotels and resorts, guests can expect to see standards implemented, such as daily health screening of associates, frequent sanitizing with EPA-certified cleansers that are CDC-compliant, and single-use, individually sealed food and cutlery items where applicable. Visit the Omni Safe & Clean webpage for more details.
The Omni Safe & Clean initiative follows the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and each individual Omni location will adhere to local and/or federal mandates. Protocols and guidelines from these authorities are expected to evolve, and as such, so will our processes and procedures. Similarly, these guidelines meet or exceed the “Stay Safe” initiative set forth by the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA).
By registering for MiNES 2021, all attendees acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of the TMS COVID-19 Release and Hold Harmless Agreement. TMS also asks that you NOT attend MiNES 2021 if you are subject to the quarantine or isolation guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
We also ask attendees to work with us to follow all federal, state, local, venue, and CDC guidelines and will keep you informed as to how those guidelines pertain to MiNES 2021. We appreciate your cooperation in these matters.
