REGISTRATION The full-conference and student registration fees include full meeting access, the Sunday evening pre-conference social event, the Monday evening awards banquet, and lunch on Tuesday. One day registration includes tickets to any social events happening on that day.
If you would like to purchase additional tickets to the Sunday evening reception or the Awards Banquet for a guest, please contact TMS Customer Service: mtgserv@tms.org.
Student registration is reserved for full-time graduate or undergraduate students. A copy of student school ID card is required; please email a copy of your school ID card to TMS Customer Service: mtgserv@tms.org.
Please take a moment to view the “My Account” information in your user profile to ensure that your name – including your preferred name for your in-person event badge and affiliation appear correctly in our records. You may make any updates necessary.
REFUND POLICY Written requests must arrive at TMS no later than July 23, 2025. No refunds will be issued after July 23, 2025. A $100 processing fee is charged for all cancellations.
Request a Visa Letter
To request an official visa invitation letter for this conference, please go to: www.tms.org/SFF2025/visa. Letters will be generated as requested, so you can submit it along with other required documentation to the appropriate Consulate/Embassy. Please note that this letter does not guarantee you will be granted a visa. If you need additional assistance, please call at 1–724–776–9000, ext. 211.
